Returns & Exchanges 

At Antarctic Leathers, we offer a 14-day return policy for all of our products. This means that you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and reason for return. The item must be in new, unused condition and all original tags must be attached. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or received in error.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note that our 14-day return policy applies to all items on our website, including leather jackets, unless otherwise specified.

If you need to return an item, simply email us at contact@antarcticleathers.com with your order number to submit refund request. Use "Product Return" as your subject. You will receive confirmation within 24 hours of your return/exchange.

How to return an item

Repack the item you wish to return in original packaging. Be sure to enclose packing slip. Ship the package to our address provided below. All returns and exchanges must be new and unused, and contain all original tags and accessories.

Please return the item you wish to exchange, and place a new order for the replacement item.

Policies

  • Refunds will be made for all merchandise in original unused condition within 14 days of the date of delivery.
  • Refunds will be given in the original form of payment.
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
  • For custom orders, any changes to the size are unacceptable after the order has been delivered. A customer will only be eligible for a refund if they have received an incorrect sized product. Example: Ordered a size XL but received size L. 
  • In order to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund. If you have any other questions, please feel free to Contact Us.
  • Once the Fulfillment center has received and inspected your return (Usually within 72 hours of receipt), you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. In case of refund, it will be issued within 7 days. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
  • Customers have to bear charges for shipping back the item to us. Shipping and Handling costs and other charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept COD deliveries
  • You must provide correct Return Tracking number when filing the Return Form in order to get your return successfully processed. 

Incorrect orders or damaged products

If a product is shipped incorrectly or arrives damaged, we are obliged to replace that item or accept a return of that that item and provide a full refund.

Return Shipping

U.S. Territory customers, please ship returns via an insured and traceable carrier. If duties and taxes were applied on an order that is being returned, it is up to the customer to contact customs to have that amount refunded.

International Returns & Exchanges

We accept international returns if your request is within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Antarctic Leathers does not reimburse any duties or local taxes.

We do not accept international exchanges. If you need to exchange an item you will need to request a return, ship the item back at your expense, and purchase the replacement item as a new order on Antarctic Leathers. NOTE: Applicable VAT tax or other duties and fees as well as shipping will be charged on the replacement item.

If we make an error and send you an incorrect or damaged item, we will cover all costs to ship the replacement. In this case please contact us within 7-business days of receipt of your order. NOTE: A replacement cannot be shipped if we are not contacted within the 7-business day window. Antarctic Leathers is not liable for lost returned packages. Please retain a copy of your return tracking numbers to insure receipt of your delivery.
